How to Defeat Heat

Summer is extremely hot this year in Slavic countries. Ladies from VeronikaLove will be happy to know a few pieces of advice from you on how to defeat heat and feel better!

The most stunning one is hot tea. Green. Sugarless. And don't say "oh no" - this recipe works! What about thermodynamics and special elements contained only in green tea?

And if you don't have tea at hand? Then run into the shower. Hot. Sounds awful, right? But you really will feel better for an hour or two, since the temperature of the body and air will be somewhat equal.

On a hot, unbearably hot day, where there is no place for a hot shower, tea and a wet T-shirt, but there is a place for a bottle of water and an ordinary napkin, there is such a recipe.

We take a bottle of water, pour some water onto a napkin or any other fabric. We take this wet cloth and ... wipe our skin behind the ears.

And now the advice is definitely working. In hot weather, don't even look at carbonated water - choose regular water. Don't eat fatty foods - it's still fruit season! Give up alcohol - at least while the sun is at its zenith.
