International Yoga Day is celebrated on the 21st of June. This is actually a very young holiday, but it is accepted and appreciated all over the world.
It was established back in 2014 but was first celebrated in 2015. In the modern world, when everyone is in the rush and thinks only about development, achievements and earning wealth, we start forgetting an about much more important thing: their own health. But we and our bodies is everything we have, and there will be nothing to do if we lose them, and no money will return us our spoiled health to the level we used to have it. Long sitting in the same place or working at the computers make us weak. And thus we should care about ourselves.
The Day of Yoga is a wonderful occasion to pay attention to this issue. Even the world asks us to be more attentive to this! Yoga is the practice that has a really long and successful history coming from India. This is the country with many long-living people, and maybe yoga is something that helps them! Besides, another good side of this kind of technique, or sport if we can say so, is that you may not go to groups with many people, but do exercises you like at home, as there is almost no additional equipment required. Just a mat!

You can make yoga any day you wish with your lady at home or visit gyms or centers of yoga where professionals will help you to choose the course for two. But don’t forget that doing sports should happen not only on holidays but a few times a week to keep you fit and healthy! And together with your lady this will be much easier, as when you do something with a partner, you feel support, and can cope with any hard exercise!
