On the 28th of June back in 1996, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Constitution. This was the first official document of Ukraine. The deputies were working on it through the whole night between the 27th and 28th of June. They took into consideration all arguable points and remarks of the president. They also defined the parts considering the national symbols of Ukraine, its national language and laws of private properties in the country.
